Staring Into Cloud Nine

It’s been 9 days here on the north coast of Egypt, we have met so many clients, some we have not met in person before.

We have enjoyed each other, spending much-needed quality time together. We drank wine, ate good dishes, and did a combination of heavy weights, intense cardio sessions, and full body circuits, using full body, on the beachfront or rooftop.

It’s been an absolute joy, a time we will always remember, and a place we hope to visit again in the near future.

I just had a coffee with a client, well that was an expression, we actually had a protein shake post-training.

We sat and discuss the CWPT business plan for the next 3 years, looked at the cost of investment, revenue prediction, the profit margin, and discussed what it will take to achieve success.

We both agreed that my biggest focus should be on hiring and training, more trainers to be exceptional trainers, and delivering our core values, Attention to Detail, Client Experience, and Results.

As that is not only what matters to me the most, but is essential for us to grow and scale.

We have everything in place, or at least in the pipeline to achieve phase 1, but to bring this ambitious plan to fruition, we will need either an investor or an active partner, that understands the marketing and sales side, that can construct a business execution strategy, as well as put in place proposal and propositions when the time comes to leverage and acquire more capital.

It has been great to spend time relaxing, unwinding, and allowing my mind to wander.

I am laying down at the poolside, watching the big, white, candy-floss-like clouds drift by, staring into a future that is becoming more and more clearer, and I thank God for all his grace.

I know the future is bright, I can feel it, and I am on a path with the intent to help as many people as I can.

We enjoy our last full day, lunch, dinner, wine, and also the last morning that will follow, training and saying our farewells to many clients and friends, with a huge smile on our faces.

As much as we would love to stay, the ideas have circulated, the pen has hit the paper, the fingers hit the keyboard, and now I am excited to start moving toward our goals.

We will land back in Dubai on Wednesday late evening, and I will spend a few days working on my case study to accommodate my coursework for the Level 4 Strength and Conditioning course I am enrolled in, then make my way to the CWPT TRANSFORMATION HUB, next week, recovered and ready.

I also have a lot of training to do as I have a few months of cycling races to participate in during the months of September, October in Dubai, and November, which is actually a 4-day stage event in Chang Mai North Bangkok.

All of which I can document too, as sharing is caring and I am sure many that read what I wrote can extract some meaning and relate it to their journey.

Once again, thanks for spending some of your time reading my blog, this act is the reason that makes me write and express myself, which by the way, has been a great asset to my trip here and something I will continue weekly.
